When you place an order with PhoebeBridal, you will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after placing your order. You will then receive another e-mail with tracking number information or a call from us after the shipment of your order. However, we'll undervalue the invoice when we ship your order possibly under $30 and mark the parcel as "gift" for personal use, not for commercial purpose, so that you will not have to pay custom tax. Return Policy
We
realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over
the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your
purchase. Please contact us firstly when there is a problem with
items you received. Please contact us firstly before sending
items back to us, and we don't accept returns without contacting
us.
We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in
perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains,
no alterations).
Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day.
For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.
For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all
returns.
Please Note
Although we attempt to represent online colors as accurately as
possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your
monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and
reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in
computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear
slightly different than the actual fabric.
Canceled Orders
All orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will
lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. All Canceled Orders
must be done via email confirmation. We do NOT accept
cancellations on Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower
girls,Accessories,Prom dresses, Mothers dresses,Special Occasion
Dresses,Quinceanera Dresses. All other charges are
non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any
transaction fees. Rush cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot
be canceled or changed. Orders shipped from our stock inventory
cannot be canceled or changed. We will try to work with you on
canceled orders. We are an ethical business and will do
everything we can to cancel your order without you being
obligated to the gown. PhoebeBridal has the most up front
return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to
contradict the terms.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for
the current currency exchange rate.
Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees
