How to measure

Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and pulled evenly across the body with no slack. You may want to consider getting professionally measured. Consult the Size Charts to determine which size you should purchase.

Measuring Instructions

Note: The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment.

	1. Full Bust Around the bust at fullest point. Measure without your bra on, (There is a build in bra inside our dresses)		10. Arms Eye This is used for the size of the sleeve hole.(If your dress is with sleeves)
	2. Upper Bust Measure above your breasts in the same manner as you measured over them.		11. Shouler to Shoulder From the edge of that shoulder over to the same point on the socket,measure all the way other shoulder along the back. (If your dress is with sleeves)
	3.Under Bust Measure under your breasts in the same manner as you measured over them.		12. Neck Measure loosely around the neck.You will not need this measurement unless your dress is with a high neckline or a collar.
	4. Nipple to Nipple Bust point to bust point ,or nipple to nipple.		13. Arm Length Measure from your shoulder point to the wrist.
	5. Waist Around waist at the smallest point.		14. Bicep Measure around the upper arm at the fullest point. (If your dress is with sleeves)
	6. Hips Around hips at fullest point, taking note of how far downfrom the waist that you are measuring.		15. Upper arm length Measure from the outer shoulder down to the elbow.
	7.Length of Shoulder to Bust From the top of your shoulder down to bust point(nipple)		16. Length of armpit to elbow Measure the outside of your arm from the armpit to the elbow
	8.front length shoulder to waist Using the line you made from shoulder to shoulder,measure from that point,straight over the bust to the line you made around your waist .		17. Hollow to Hem This measurement is taken from the depression at the base of the neck just above the collarbone to where you want the hem. (Be sure you're wearing the same height heel you'll wear on your wedding day.)
	9. Outer Leg Stand straight,measure from waist to floor with SHOES ON. (Be sure you're wearing the same height heel you'll wear on your wedding day.)

	1. A-Line Universally flattering, the A-line silhouette really is a girl's best friend. By gently flaring from the shoulders down, it skims curves rather than clinging to them, to create an elegant silhouette. Is This Style for You? If you're petite A-Line adds the illusion of length; if you're tall it can add fullness, and if you've got curves you'd rather cover, the A-line does that too.
	2.Ball Gown or “Pick Up” The most traditional of all dress silhouettes, the ball gown adds curves by accentuating the waist and flowing gracefully into a full skirt. The skirt is great at hiding full hips and creating a gorgeous hourglass figure. Is This Style for You? A perfect choice for formal or “fairy-tale” inspired events, the ball gown style makes a wonderfully classic wedding dress. Looks great on most body types.
	3. Column or Sheath Figure-hugging column dresses come in a variety of strapless and backless styles. This modern style has become popular among brides who want a chic or beach wedding. Is This Style for You? An elegant choice for anyone with broad shoulders or slender, athletic builds, it can also elongate a petite figure. However, if there are certain areas you'd rather not accentuate, its clingy design might not be the style for you.
	4. Mermaid Also known as the trumpet or “fit and flare”, mermaid dresses are fitted at the top and flair dramatically around the knee. Is This Style for You? Mermaid silhouettes accentuate the bust, waist and hips giving an hourglass figure, so it is perfect for showing off your curves. A perfect choice for a glamorous celebrity-inspired wedding.
	5. Empire This empire silhouette features a bodice with a high waistline directly below the bust. The look can be either soft or flowing or more structured and classic, depending on the fabric and cut used. Is This Style for You? The empire silhouette draws attention up, enhancing the waist while softening the hips, making it a great look for most body types.
	6. Princess Created with a series of vertical panels of fabric, and no obvious waist, a princess silhouette is more dramatic in appearance than the A-line, but similarly flattering. Is This Style For You? The seams on a dress with a princess silhouette follow the contours of the body to create shape while elongating the torso. An ideal choice for anyone with a petite figure and small-waist.
	7. Tea-Length Tea-length dresses feature a hem that falls anywhere between the bottom of the knee and the bottom of the calf, creating an elegant yet casual style. Is This Style For You? Tea-length dresses are ideal for showing off your legs and a beautiful pair of shoes! A popular choice as a “second” wedding dress for your reception, a tea-length dress also makes a perfect summer dress.

Return Policy

We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us firstly when there is a problem with items you received. Please contact us firstly before sending items back to us, and we don't accept returns without contacting us.

We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).

Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day.
For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.
For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

Please Note
Although we attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.

Canceled Orders
All orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. All Canceled Orders must be done via email confirmation. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls,Accessories,Prom dresses, Mothers dresses,Special Occasion Dresses,Quinceanera Dresses. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. Rush cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot be canceled or changed. Orders shipped from our stock inventory cannot be canceled or changed. We will try to work with you on canceled orders. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to the gown. PhoebeBridal has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.

Refunds
Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.
